J\u00e1 si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, i kdy\u017e chce zhubnout, tak mus\u00ed nejenom sportovat a d\u011blat n\u011bjakou fyzickou \u010dinnost, ale tak\u00e9 hlavn\u011b mus\u00ed zm\u011bnit sv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek. Bez toho to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nejde. Moje kamar\u00e1dka si myslela, \u017ee pr\u00fd kdy\u017e bude b\u011bhat a jezdit na kole a bude d\u011blat v\u00edce druh\u016f sportu, \u017ee potom tak\u00e9 to dopadne tak, \u017ee zhubne. Ale kdybyste vid\u011bli, co ona jedla, tak byste se asi sm\u00e1li. Ona st\u00e1le jenom jedla sladk\u00e1 a tu\u010dn\u00e1 j\u00eddla a potom se divila, \u017ee kdy\u017e u\u017e dva m\u011bs\u00edce sportovala, \u017ee neshodila ani deko.J\u00e1 se tomu nediv\u00edm, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e se budete st\u00e1le cp\u00e1t n\u011b\u010d\u00edm nezdrav\u00fdm, ale budete do toho i sportovat, tak se stejn\u011b mus\u00edte spolehnout na to, \u017ee nezhubnete ani deko. Jednozna\u010dn\u011b va\u0161e v\u00e1ha dol\u016f nep\u016fjde. A to je podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru \u0161koda. Kdy\u017e u\u017e za\u010dnete sportovat, tak si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee by nebylo na \u0161kodu, kdybyste i vy zm\u011bnili sv\u016fj \u017eivot k lep\u0161\u00edmu, abyste jedli zdrav\u00e1 j\u00eddla a podobn\u011b. Co je na tom \u0161patn\u00e9ho, abyste si m\u00edsto \u010dokol\u00e1dy t\u0159eba dali jablko, klidn\u011b jablko v medu? Proto jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1visl\u00ed na cukru a na tu\u010dn\u00fdch j\u00eddlech, tak p\u0159eci tohle tak\u00e9 mohou n\u011b\u010d\u00edm nahradit.
